Street-wize reserves the right to change our shop and flat rate services and rates from time to time without announcement or notice. If a service flat rate fee change affects you (you have an active or scheduled project), we will notify you by email, phone, or in person at least 14 days before the new rate goes into effect. This advance notice will include the new shop rate, and the date it begins. Additionally, for flat rate services, if our pre-work inspection finds your part finds it is unsafe, incorrect, damaged, unique (hard-to-find parts), or needs unusual work (such as excessive cleaning). In most cases things that could affect a flat rate price increase can be identified before work begins. However, in some cases issues are not detectable prior to starting work. You will receive notification explaining the price change, the reason for the adjustment, and your options.
